Through the newsletter sign-up form we collect only:

Submissions from the form first reach our server (PHP backend), and are then saved to a Google Sheets spreadsheet via the Google Apps Script service. This means your email address and consent date are stored on Google's infrastructure.

We also use Google Fonts, loaded directly from Google's servers — as a result, your browser connects to Google to download font files, which involves sharing your IP address.
