3. What data we collect and why

Through the newsletter sign-up form we collect only:

• your email address,
• the date and time you gave consent.

We process this data in order to send you information about the launch of sales of RampYourBike.com motorcycle ramps and pre-order offers (newsletter).

4. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for processing your data is your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), expressed by checking the box in the sign-up form.

5. Voluntariness of providing data

Providing your data is entirely voluntary. Without providing your email address and giving consent, signing up for the newsletter list is not possible.

6. Who we share data with

Submissions from the form first reach our server (PHP backend), and are then saved to a Google Sheets spreadsheet via the Google Apps Script service. This means your email address and consent date are stored on Google's infrastructure.

We also use Google Fonts, loaded directly from Google's servers — as a result, your browser connects to Google to download font files, which involves sharing your IP address.

7. Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area

8. Data retention period

We store your data until you withdraw your consent or until the purpose of processing (informing you about the sales launch and pre-order offer) has been fulfilled and any applicable limitation periods for potential claims have passed.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,

10. Cookies and local storage

This website does not set its own cookies or use local browser storage (localStorage). The only external connection made automatically when you visit the site is the loading of Google Fonts, described in section 6.

11. Automated decision-making and profiling

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.

This privacy policy may be updated periodically, in particular in connection with changes in the law or in how the website operates. The current version is always available at this address.
